We remortgaged to enable us to build an extension to our house.Without sitting for hours with one chosen Building Society Noel was able to offer a full cross section of the industry , and provide 'live' impartial advice which allowed us to make an informed decision. Having brokered my own individual deals on a couple of occasions before, Noels knowledge of the local market and honest appreciation of the value of property meant that the sometimes stressful process of waiting on a valuation ran like clockwork.
